Description&Feature:

 

NP-ZD series automatic folder gluer with stitch machine consists of three section: vacuum feeding section ,gluing and folding section,counter and stitching section.

 

All motors except frequency conversion motor adopt Taiwan Chengbond motor,Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed.PLC and Touch screen control system for easy operation  and  running  stable.  The  maximum  speed  is  120meters/min,average  speed  is  60- 80meters/min.Energy conservation and high speed,saving labor cost.

Feeding Section:

1.   Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily

2.   Quality    electromagnetic    clutch    and    brake    adopted,feeding    section    controlled independently,operation easily.

3.    Stainless steel glue wheel adopted,long life and saving glue cost

4.    Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well

 

Gluing and Folding Section:

1.    Simpless structure and high reliability,glue quantity adjustable,cleaning easily

2.   Creaser wheel adjustable,suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard

3.   Imported quality rubber belt adopted,automatic folding

4.   With paperboard retify device and creasing rectify device

 

Stitching with stacker Section:

8.   Die block and knife made by Japan tungsten steel.(wear- resisting)

9.   All group nail made by special steel, computer precision machining.

10. Change box size and adjust box nail distance in one minute, it can save the time and easy to operate.

11. It has auto counting revise function on backend, it can set number(from 1 to

99) points send to lose to fold mechanical end, convenient packing banding.

12. Nail distance: 30- 120 mm (you can adjust according by your need)

13. One machine has dual purpose, can nail single piece box, and double piece box,irregular box.

14. The size adopt automatic controlled, change size just need 2-3 min.
